A: Yes, all our receipt paper adopts zero-BPA eco coating raw material, no harmful bisphenol A additive. We have passed SGS & REACH third-party test, test reports can be supplied for your customs clearance & local market inspection upon request, fully compliant with EU, USA food & pharmacy safety standards.
Q2: Can I get free samples for quality test? What’s the sample cost?
A: Yes. Blank standard BPA-free paper samples are free of charge, buyers only cover international courier freight. For custom printed logo samples, we will confirm artwork first and charge a small printing cost, which can be refunded when you place formal bulk order later. Sampling usually takes 5–7 working days.
Q3: How long is your production & delivery lead time?
A: In-stock blank paper: arrange shipment within 3~7 working days after deposit; Custom printed orders need 7~15 working days according to order quantity. We offer sea/air/express & door-to-door delivery service with full set export documents.
Q4:What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom printing?
A: There is no minimum order quantity required. We support flexible customization, whether you need a few rolls for trial or a full container load. Once your order is confirmed, we arrange door-to-door delivery directly to your location — fast, convenient, and worry-free.
Q5: Can we customize paper size, gram weight and outer package?
A: Absolutely. We support customized width(45~112mm), roll diameter, inner core size, gsm(42gsm~65gsm). Besides, custom color box/shrink wrap with your own brand logo is available for wholesale orders.
Q6: What if I receive defective paper after shipment?
A: Strict triple QC inspection before packing to reduce defective rate. If any broken, unprinted defective goods happen due to our production, we will replenish equal quantity free of cost in your next shipment after you provide real damage photos.
